Our Process

Our process starts by promptly responding to your call, message or email. We do our best to respond to all messages the same business day.

Next, we will schedule a meeting to discuss the details of your project. Because we’re local we have a lot of flexibility on time – we’re right around the corner and can meet on your schedule. All meetings are with the owner, who will ask questions to understand your goals, timeline and budget.

At the end of the meeting – or within a day for larger scale projects – you’ll be provided with a written estimate. All of our estimates are done by the owner – we don’t employ a team of salespeople for estimates and bids. Your estimate will include both costs and the expected time required to complete the project.

Generally, we begin projects 1-2 weeks after your decision. If your project is pressing – an upcoming party, event, sale or anything else – we happily make arrangements for an almost immediate start date.

Each project receives quality attention. We commit to following our timeline, using quality materials and methods, treating your home and family with respect, and only employing crew from our trusted long-term employee pool.

The last brushstroke isn’t the end of our work. We’ll walk through the finished product with you and discuss any next-steps. Our clients can call us for any touch-ups or additional requests. We’ll be here to follow up.
